Who we are
RCCG New Life Assembly, Luton is a parish of The Redeemed Christian Church of God. We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact us at pastor@rccgnewlifeassembly.co.uk.
What we collect and why
When you send us a message using the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the topic you choose and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to help with what you have asked about, such as planning a visit or praying for you.
If you email or phone us directly, we receive the details you choose to share, and use them in the same way.
Who handles your information
- Formspree receives contact-form messages and forwards them to our church email. Formspree is based in the United States, and keeps a copy of each message in our account.
- Google provides our church email. The map on our Contact page is also loaded from Google, which receives your device’s IP address when it loads.
- Our website host keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site.
We do not sell your information, share it for marketing, or use it for anything other than replying to you.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies or use analytics. The Google map on the Contact page may set its own cookies when it loads.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing pastor@rccgnewlifeassembly.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
